Your Clock Now Follows You Off the Sunday Ticket Board

The country and clock you set on Preferences used to steer exactly one page. Now the draft's start time, the waiver window, the ballot deadline and the mock-draft lobby all read in your clock with the league's PT beside it — and Preferences has moved into the nav so you can actually find it.

The Full Story

We shipped Preferences so you could tell us where you watch from and which clock you live in. Then we used it on precisely one page. Everywhere else the site went on printing Pacific at you and letting you do the arithmetic — which, if you are the owner in Sydney, means every waiver deadline in the league arrived as a subtraction problem.

That is fixed. The draft's start time on the draft hub, the waiver window across the top of Free Agents and inside the claim modal, the ballot deadline on The Pecking Order, the session times in the mock-draft lobby, the "data as of" stamp on the AFL's keeper report — all of them now read in the clock you picked, with the league's PT beside it. A Wednesday 8:00 PM PT waiver deadline reads Thu 1:00 PM AEST · Wed 8:00 PM PT from Sydney, which is the useful version: it tells you it is not even Wednesday where you are.

Your country got the same promotion. The game-day hero on the homepage used to name American networks at everybody — Prime Video, ESPN, CBS/FOX — regardless of whether those channels exist where you are. It now names the channel that actually carries the game where you are: Sky Sports in the UK, Kayo in Australia, DAZN in Canada, FOX México and ESPN México south of the border. Which service sells you the whole slate is a longer answer than a hero has room for, and it stays where it has always lived — on the Sunday Ticket board, one badge per window.

One deliberate piece of restraint: if you have never opened the picker, nothing about your site changed. No clock was guessed for you and none was bolted onto your screens — you stay on the league's PT exactly as before. The second clock shows up the moment you choose one, and not a render sooner. And Preferences now sits in the nav right under Notifications, so finding it no longer requires knowing it exists.
