The My Draft List board with Pull from MFL and Push to MFL controls above a ranked player list
New Feature

Your Board, On The Actual Draft Board

The rankings board now talks to MFL. Build your order here, hit push, and it becomes the My Draft List your draft room reads off — the same list that sits there at 3am when the clock is running and you are not awake to defend yourself.

The Full Story

There has always been a gap between the board you build and the board that drafts for you. You would spend an evening sorting players on My Draft List, then open MFL and hand-type the whole thing into a different list, in a different order, on a different screen. Most people did it once and then never again, which is how a carefully built board turns into an autopick taking the best available kicker.

That gap is closed. The board pulls your existing draft list down from MFL, and pushes your order back up to it — the real one, the one the Live Draft Room reads. Your previous list is saved before anything is overwritten, so an undo is one tap away, and the confirmation tells you exactly how many players are about to be written before you commit to anything. Seed it from the sources you already picked on Import Rankings, drag it into the shape you want, push it, go to bed.

There is also a filter for the players you can actually draft, which is a shorter list than you think. In a rookie-draft league it is the rookies; in a league that drafts everyone it is anyone not already sitting on a roster in your conference — and it knows the difference, so a player another conference owns is still yours to take. Turn the filter on and it limits the push too: what you see is what gets written. No more discovering on draft night that a third of your board is on somebody else's roster.
