Your Homepage Feed Finally Has The Whole Desk In It

The Schefter Report column on the homepage used to hide every move that wasn't yours. Now the first tab — renamed My News — carries the whole beat: every claim, every add, every drop, whoever made it, plus the group chat. The All tab is where the NFL wire and the draft coverage live.

The Full Story

The homepage column had a quiet problem. Its first tab only kept posts that named a player you roster or watch, which sounds sensible right up until you notice what it was throwing away: a trade between two other franchises. A waiver claim that cost somebody real money. The pickup that just took the last decent running back off the board. The most league-news thing the feed carries, filed under "All" next to an ESPN blurb about a quarterback in a different sport as far as your season is concerned.

That tab is now called My News, and it means what it says. Every post off the league desk lands in it — claims, adds, drops, trades, Schefter's morning column, Roger's deadline reminders — no matter whose name is on the transaction. It is the same set of posts the Schefter Report's own league tab shows you on the news page, so the two finally agree with each other.

The group chat comes along too, whole. It used to surface only your own messages, which is a strange thing to build: a feed of you, talking to yourself. If your league has a chat wired in, all of it is there now, in order, next to the moves it is arguing about.

All is still there and is still everything — My News plus the NFL wire and the draft coverage — and if one of those wire posts names a player you roster, it keeps the watch chip that says so. That is the whole split: your league in one tab, the rest of football in the other. Want the ledger version instead of the feed version? The transactions page has every move grouped by day, and the standings will tell you whether any of it worked.
